When attending the Denver Gem & Mineral Showcase, we highly recommend bringing the following essential items:
- Cash (Small bills are helpful for negotiating)
- Credit cards
- Checkbooks (Some traditional vendors still prefer checks)
- Photo identification
- Extra business cards
- A few copies of your state resale license (If you are a wholesale buyer)
- A few copies of your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (If you are a wholesale buyer)
- Notebook and pens
- Small scale and rulers
- Small calipers
- Calculator
- Jeweler’s loupe
- Hand wipes or hand sanitizer
- Portable hand fan
- Power bank / Portable phone charger
- Sturdy tote bag or backpack
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Layers (Lightweight jackets for morning/evening temperature changes)
- Ziploc bags (For organizing small purchases)
