What to Bring to the Show (Packing List)

When attending the Denver Gem & Mineral Showcase, we highly recommend bringing the following essential items:

  • Cash (Small bills are helpful for negotiating)
  • Credit cards
  • Checkbooks (Some traditional vendors still prefer checks)
  • Photo identification
  • Extra business cards
  • A few copies of your state resale license (If you are a wholesale buyer)
  • A few copies of your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (If you are a wholesale buyer)
  • Notebook and pens
  • Small scale and rulers
  • Small calipers
  • Calculator
  • Jeweler’s loupe
  • Hand wipes or hand sanitizer
  • Portable hand fan
  • Power bank / Portable phone charger
  • Sturdy tote bag or backpack
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Layers (Lightweight jackets for morning/evening temperature changes)
  • Ziploc bags (For organizing small purchases)
